RE: Quality sheets and towels - alwaysbmine - 01-08-2026 Standard textile...t's what hotels use. They're meant for lots of turnover and washing so they don't pill or get damaged as easily. We get them from host gpo which you need to be a member of but you can do a trial. Personally, I think its worth it. RE: Quality sheets and towels - moretimeoffguy - 01-11-2026 Even with a luxury listing, just consider towels are one of those items that you will need to replace a lot and nobody likes to be changed for missing or ruined towels, it’s a cost even guests expect hosts to uphold. I see other airbnb hosts on facebook complain about missing towels and trying to get money out of guests. They are going to damage their ratings and hurt their listing in the long run. $15 per towel MAX. Homegoods, Costco if you have them near you. Walmart has some deals on the website, such as a 4-pack of plush luxury bath towels for $45. Forget about the designer brands. I read another thread where someone was stocking their airbnb with Cozy Earth towel sets which go for $250-$300. That's just CRAZY to me. RE: Quality sheets and towels - BoLee91 - 01-11-2026 I buy what Costco sells and all my guests like them. I have 2 white and 1 gray. 2 comforters 4 pillows . White bath towel set by WelHome for $29.99. (Now $24.99 in January). Not to mention the gas prices! Costco does the analytics for us. They figure out what we like, sell it to us and we buy more. If people don't like/buy it, they discontinue it. RE: Quality sheets and towels - stevens390 - 01-12-2026 We've been using the same brand of "Charisma" towel's for almost 3 years and close to 50 stays. Aside from the one's that we had to take out of service due to some makeup stains, we have not had to remove any from service due to frays, etc etc. They still feel soft and fluffy (we do use dryer sheets and softener). I honestly can't remember if we got in from Costco, Amazon (most likely) or Homegoods since they all carry the brand. RE: Quality sheets and towels - robotgloves - 01-14-2026 Wal-Mart Mainstays are the best. They are $3.24 and last for years. If they get ruined don't even sweat it or bother going after guests.. take another one out of the supply closet. They also dry very quick. |
