Wrinkle-free sheets? - YYH05 - 04-08-2025
Does anyone have recommendations for wrinkle-free sheets? I have 100% cotton right now and I just cannot stand the wrinkles. Is microfiber polyester the only way to go?

100% cotton does indeed wrinkle like crazy. I prefer either 100% microfiber or a blend of 70/30. Note that there are people who say that microfiber bothers them and it's hard to sleep, but to each and their own.

We use these sheets from some random Belador brand on Amazon. They are microfiber, super soft and a ridiculously good price. They seem to hold up well, we went a full year without replacing them and even then we only replaced it because the elastic was getting a bit stretchy but the surface was fine.

I use the Target easy care sheets. While they are not the cheapest or most expensive – think middle priced.. guests have specifically told me they love them. And they hold up well. It’s the room essentials brand microfiber sheets. They have many different patterns online but we just go with white and ivory. They are often on a 30% off sale if you check online.

At first we used bamboo sheets but they do not handle bleach very well and I’ve found more difficult to get stains out of bamboo sheets compared to cotton or microfiber. I love the feel and cooling feature of bamboo and have them on my bed but for guests trust me you’ll want bleach friendly sheets for staining. (unless you are running some tacky colors). In the end we just went with microfiber as they can be easily bleached and are less wrinkly than cotton.

I like the Kirkland Costco ones. Not the cheapest but they've lasted me a full year. Replace every 12 months.

You want percale sheets which are 60% cotton/40% polyester...the cotton makes them soft and breathable, while the polyester makes them durable and helps reduce wrinkles. And use Downy or a fabric softener.

We use Percale material as well and guests love itl! There is a brand on Amazon "Bedsure" which has held up nicely for us. There are over 10 colors as well, although like others have said, white is optimal for an Airbnb setup.
