If so, what is the difference between basic and professional subscription reports. For those that subscribe, can you let me know your thoughts?

Ehh i'm not a fan of them ever since they pulled a bait and switch. Used to be fee free for only one device but then they forced you to get a subscription. Kind of shady if you ask me..

You don't really need pro unless you have many properties. The "advanced insights" is really just a chart of all your properties which ranks them by "noisiest" and gives you stats like how quickly noise issues get resolved or reoccur.

We used to have Wynd but switched to Minut since we only have one home and the standard option is $5 a month cheaper... so far no complaints with the standard plan. All we really need is something to alert us if the house is too loud, nothing else.

We use Minut and for us it's basically another form of insurance. Noone wants to pay for it but in the end it may just save you from something that escalates into something larger. We have two on our property, one in the main living area and one outside. That way we know if things get out of hand either inside or outside.

We use standard for our two properties. I don't see a reason to need Pro or Pro+.. we already have smart doorlocks and thermostats which have nice apps themselves (Phillips, Honeywell) so paying another $10 to "integrate" it with the interface doesnt make sense.
