Horrible Guests, advice? - ttama - 10-26-2025
Hi, I have guests that booked from 10/20/2025 to 11/4/2025. They are basically subleasing my property and have countless of people in and out of the property and are so dirty and smoke all over the property. I have complained to support before but they only gave a warning. Today, I reported them again and awaiting their response. I have attached all the evidence to Airbnb, but was wondering what to do next?
Will Airbnb cancel the reservation? What if they refuse to leave and trash the property? What do I do? Any advice appreciated.

If they are smoking on the property and you are listed as no smoking call Airbnb back and tell them to cancel the stay.

Are they locals or from somewhere far away? If they keep having people over constantly they probably are local and have alot of "friends" or "clients" in the area. One way to avoid this is not not rent to locals (discretly).
