View way down on Airbnb 2025 vs 2024 - 32Lat10 - 09-13-2025
My views for 2025 were down ~6,000 compared to 2024 on airbnb and I only purchased the property in May of 2024, so 2024 was not even a full year.
I've maintained superhost throughout 2025 and have been consistently rated as a Guest Favorite and in the top 10% of homes.
Are you fellow airbnb hosts seeing the same for your listings?

You aren’t the only Airbnb host seeing this. You will have to lower your prices if you want more bookings. If that doesn't work, then you're just experiencing low demand / too much supply for your area. If your property is in the US, travel demand for the US is overall down. Traveling for most people is not a necessity, so demand fluctuates a lot and the overall economic sentiment right now just isn’t strong. On top of that, it doesn’t help us Airbnb hosts that Airbnb added hotels as an option to compete with us.
