I have been hosting a portion of my primary residence and never had so few bookings in the past 4 years! Anyone else in a similar boat or have a sense of whether it is primarily a supply or demand issue? It's at the point we have no one booked this weekend whereas weekends used to always be booked.
I am a Superhost and my pricing app says in previous years I've had many more advance bookings for upcoming months. We've lowered prices but no impact.

I just ran the AirDNA report the other day and the market has been atrocious for the past year. We have a market score of 76 which isn't the worst but the trending has in the attached will answer your question.

Wow .. that makes total sense. Are you able to pull some metrics on AIRDNA for me for Austin that I'm curious about?
