I’m in the process of working with a realtor to list and sell my property that has bookings all the way into next year. Does anyone know what the process of canceling all of these would be? Could I just delete my account or something and will I incur a penalty which will be deducted directly from me? I have a strict cancellation policy.
I want to be fair to the guests who have booked and honor the upcoming stays  but I have none booked in summer yet (my slow season) so this is ideally when I get my property sold.

I would reach out to airbnb support for clarification. I believe if you provide the relevant documents which indicate the property is sold then they will work from their end to rebook the guests without a penalty to the host.
