Any other hosts provide EV charging to their guests? Do you think it would be worth it to invest in a charger and advertise it on AirBNB for my property in Las Vegas?
I have a charger at my property since I have a Tesla and stay there quite often myself. However, I find guests rarely if ever inquire about the charger or choose my place specifically for it. After 90+ stays only a few guests have used it.
I have a level 2 charger at my place in vegas and offer it free of charge for my guests (I also have 13kw solar panels so it's "free" for me). After 13 stays I've had 1 guest used it and another future guest mentioned he was booking my place because of the charger. Both are stays of at least a week so perhaps those types of guests are more inclined to need it.
