Looks like airbnb had a pretty nice earnings report for Q1. What's notable is Brian Chesky mentioning how he is taking note of guests complaining about the rising fees and costs. I take this as a way to read that airbnb will soon find another way to make it more miserable for hosts in favor of guests.. we all know guests can submit any sort of complaint on hosts and hosts have no way to defend themselves against fake claims. Perhaps airbnb should reevalute their insane booking % they take from guests to cut down on the fees..

Oh I'm sure airbnb will find more ways to screw over hosts to over accommodate guests for every unsubstantiated claim they have. Instead of forcing hosts to refund 30% of the booking fee for made-up claims, why doesnt airbnb just offer them a future credit? They collect $100-$200 from ever one of my bookings anyways.
