We're about to go live with our listing, anything we can do from our end to make our property more attractive since we are starting out? I'm also surprised at how easy it was to list on airbnb and be able to list.

If you have a new property the airbnb (assuming its airbnb) algorithm will work it's magic to put you at the top. I believe it's set like this for some time during your initial ramp up. Just make sure you have rules in place so people don't see you are a new property and try to take advantage of you.

Depends on your market and how your property looks. As long as it's not a dungeon in the middle of nowhere, you should start getting a booking / inquiry within days as you'll appear higher in the search initially.

Update: We went live with our listing yesterday and got our first inquiry! We have instant book off and have a 3 day minimum and accepted a booking from a guest with 4 5 star reviews. TYSM to everyone with the great advice!
