What's the best way to say listing is not good for kids?

We have a property that we would rather not have and young children. It is very modern with stairs that could be dangerous, etc. It's not a space designed with kids in mind at all. What's the best way to convey this to guests?

There is an option you can select that says not suitable for children.

INFANTS & CHILDREN: Due to safety concerns, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 years of age.

I state in my listing that it is safe & clean but NOT childproofed or animalproof due to a large number of sharp cactus used for landscaping.
