New host looking to start up in the near future. How do you all handle the North Carolina Rental Agreement requirements? Is there a standard template which you send over to guests (through the site/app) and make them fill out and return? Do guests ever balk at having to sign these documents and are most hosts even using the documents? Most listings I see on airbnb have no mention of the requirement.
