Anytime these large corporations here the word "legal", "lawsuit" or "lawyer" they usually have some sort of protocol to end the conversation to not say the wrong thing for liability reasons. At my 9-5 job, we have a policy where if someone mentions these words we have to tell them we can no longer talk to them and they must reach out to our lawyers.
