If you are working on renovations please ensure you pick an appropriate toilet. I can't tell you the number of times I have stayed at a "luxury" listing where the bathroom has a weak, cheap round toilet even in a bathroom that was recently renovated. Glacier Bay just won't cut it and in the grand scheme of things the price difference of a cheap toilet vs. high quality ELONGATED toilet (Kohler, American Standard) is truly negligible.
