Is anyone here part of the Greater Las Vegas Short term Rental Association? I'm wondering what they actually do, considering they charge from $71 a month all the way to $467 a month. I appreciate that they seem to be working with Airbnb against the onerous regulations from Clark County but their social media and content seem to be lacking in details and a bit amateurish.

Not too sure what the org offers either. I believe the same people who run the org also run the Facebook group for Las Vegas short term rental hosts. I actually had one of the admin/organizers reach out to me on Airbnb about an even by doing an "inquiry" request on my property which was a tad annoying as I was forced to "Pre-Approve/Reject" their stay inquiry.
