Bookings have been a bit inconsistent lately, and I’m curious what other hosts or managers are finding effective right now. Are you leaning more on pricing tools, listing optimization, or adding your listing to new channels like VRBO, Booking.com or direct booking? I’d love to hear what’s been working for other hosts. We had a photographer take photos of our place and my viewings doubled (thus leading to more bookings too). I also have a ton of thoughtful little details and a cozy looking space that doesn’t feel like I bought the cheapest options from Amazon. I’m at like 95% occupancy and business has been great despite what everyone else is dealing with, but I’m sure my location plays a big factor as we are in a tourist hotspot.

Are you a "guest favorite" and what is your average rating? If its not in the 4.9's, try lowering your price for a bit to get some bookings, go out of your way to ensure a stellar rating (leave a gift basket, ****** amentities) and get a few 5 star reviews in a row to help with the algorithm.
