I am looking for some ideas to make the guests feel welcomed - We have a mid-range property that is 3bed2bath and we often get families visiting so ideally no alcohol.

We leave a personal note on a chalkboard, a large bottle of water, 2 laundry pods for the washing machine, 1x Nespresso/1x tea bags/1x milk + sugar sticks in our little coffee station per guest per night.

A few packs of popcorn, some sparkling water, trail mix or whatever else snacks are a good deal at Costco. Usually try to make it something sweet and something savory.

I feel like local items are aways a nice touch, so we leave cookies from a bakery around the block by our coffee station. The coffee is also local (or at least locally packaged).

A welcome basket with snacks like granola bars, fresh fruit, and bottled water is always appreciated. Adding a small local touch, like regional treats or a handwritten note with recommendations, makes it even more special.

For kids, a small activity pack with coloring books, crayons, or a simple puzzle can be a nice surprise. If you want to go a step further, a cozy throw blanket or a scented candle can add a warm touch. And if you're ever looking for stylish travel-friendly bags, https://coach-bags.co.uk/ has some great options that balance quality and elegance.

We leave a handwritten welcome card for each guest, and for guest staying longer than 4 days we leave a box of chocolates. If it's the end of year holiday season we leave a small gift basket as we generally are charging higher prices .. usually Costco has some deals on those around Thanksgiving time.

Not a gift, but we have a small chalkboard in the entrance which we write their names and a welcome message.
