Those that made Superhost, have you noticed anything in particular that has helped or benefited your listing? More inquires and bookings? Better guests? Did you raise rates after?

We have not noticed too much in the form of receiving superhost status.

It's hard to quantify but there is a search feature from guests to see superhosts only. I'm sure there have some bookings from them but they usually don't mention it.
