How are you all preventing pets, aside from the "no pets allowed" option in the listing? Large pet fines to scare them off? Found some pet fur and dog kibble under the couch which leads me to suspect a guest brought in a dog. I'm not one to constantly check the cameras so I'm honestly not sure exactly what guests it was but I would like to definitely not have to do the extra cleaning.

Have a large pet fee in your listing.

List a pet cleaning fee in your policy, and have your cleaners include a special charge if they have to clean up after pets.

We have our own pets at our shared property so we clearly state NO PETS and that any pets will result in cancellation due to a safety issue as our pets do not like to interact with other animals.

You can scare those that would bring pets by mentioning features in your property that might be unsafe for pets - for example I have very sharp cactus everywhere in the landscaping.
