I haven't come across it until now.. looks to be a boujie version of Airbnb. The selection of properties and markets look pretty limited for now and it looks like they are targeting groups..

Maybe its just me, but the thought of catering to these large "groups" that are likely to be booking a large expensive property for their bachelor parties or gatherings sound like a nightmare. I'll stick to hosting the convention go-er or the weekend traveler!

I would stay away from them just like I would stay away from evolve. You'll end up signing a contract and they will try to rip you off and nickel and dime you. They'll also use the cheapest (and often questionable) vendors to maintain and clean your property. Just do a search and you will see plenty of horror stories from both renters (who will be expecting nothing less than top 1% service) and property owners. If you are a competent host you can manage it better yourself.

You'll never make anywhere near what they promise you. At least with airbnb , you can do your own research on the area and price it accordingly and have some sort of control over your bookings. With these property management companies (which is essentially what they are) they will upsell you on their management and dangle high returns in front of you while pimping out your property to the highest bidder.

There's bad reviews out there all around from both guests and hosts. I'd say this type of niche market (ultra luxury) is hard on both guests and hosts. Guests are paying exorbitant amounts for a stay so are expecting a real five star (think WYNN and not Airbnb "5 star) experience.
