We had a photographer take photos of our place and my viewings doubled (thus leading to more bookings too). I also have a ton of thoughtful little details and a cozy looking space that doesn’t feel like I bought the cheapest options from Amazon. I’m at like 95% occupancy and business has been great despite what everyone else is dealing with, but I’m sure my location plays a big factor as we are in a tourist hotspot.
