I think we would have to weight the benifits and cons here. Is there a history of airbnb delisting properties over these arbitration claims? I cant imagine a host who keep filing arbitration claims and then airbnb spending imense amount of time and resources to fight it and doing nothing against the host. If you owned a restaurant and a customer kept suing would you want them back in your restaurant?
