What’s up with last minute local guests? They’re always weird, always leave the space dirty and I’m over it. Has anyone else had this issue and is there anything that can be done about it?
Experiences include stained countertops due to dying of hair in the rental, throwing cigarette butts into our neighbors yard, broken glassware..
99% of our guests are lovely. But every time they’re local it’s a shit show…literally and figuratively.
