Our guests just arrived and when we checked our exterior camera we noticed they brought an undisclosed dog. I checked with the guests and they said it was a service animal and offered to pay a pet fee. We checked our listing to make sure our no pet policy was visible and read the terms about service animals. Airbnb terms say that service animals don’t have to be disclosed and as hosts we cannot verify that they are service animals. How have you handled this?
