Airbnb's "insurance" is terrible historically. Most people get either a specific rider from their existing insurance to cover short term rentals, or go with a policy specifically targeted at short term rentals from an outside company.

Be very, very, very careful renting without insurance coverage. I'm sure your first renter will be fine, but if they accidentally burn the house down, you will likely be without any coverage from airbnb at all.
