Just make sure your insurance get's your policy up and quick. For me it took my agent 1 day to do research and put together a policy. People have mixed reviews about air cover, security deposits, or any other sort of money actually coming from Airbnb to the hosts. Your home owners policy has certain uses, but will have huge gaps where you could be left holding the bag especially if a guest covers catastrophic damages. Can you imagine if they burn down the house, aircover refuses to pay, your insurance refuses and your bank still expects you to pay the mortgage?
