I think all hosts go through this at least once when they first star... some bad guests just look for new hosts to prey on.
If you continue to call airbnb, eventually one of them will enforce their own rules and will remove the bad review. There are plenty of posts here with people who were successful, especially if you have proof through the guest communication.
