Take care and be vigilant about improving your property/correcting any defect on site that could cause an injury to an invitee (actively warn of any potentially unsafe conditions), maintain appropriate STR insurance, and consider use of waivers in addition to airbnb policies if your property involves potentially dangerous activities (eg, providing kayaks on a body of water).
