No hotel would refund them at this point so why would you? The policy says no too. Also you don't even know if it's their honeymoon or if they are just saying that. In any event jt doesn't matter. They wait till 4 hours before? Too bad. OP stand up for yourself and don't be taken advantage of. Politely decline their request.
