Should I approve this guest?

We have a guest that requested to book our place for a week in April, but they have joined in Airbnb in 2021. Identity is not verified, and they're asking to check out around 1 am, and they have no previous trips. We would be the first to host them. They are also asking to check in around 1 am. Considering that we are trying to recover from an occupancy drop due to a bad review from difficult guest. The past mistake we had made was approving guests despite warnings from a previous hosts with one previous Airbnb host putting in the guest review “we should have been careful when we saw your reviews”.

Would you accept an old account with no reviews, or is it too risky?

Ask them for some more details regarding their trip. Old account with no reviews isn't much of an issue, nor is checking in at 1AM.
