Guest tried to cancel less than 24 hours before check in because it’s going to be hot…in the desert.
I declined and politely explained we can’t honor a refund for this request and he just requested new dates for basically the same price.
To be a good host I’m tempted to accept but I’m wondering if he’ll be able to cancel the new dates within 24 hours and get a full refund? Is the new date booking considered a new booking? Or no because it’s changing dates on an old booking?
