Airbnb Customer Service Delays

We have an open ticket with Airbnb for over a week over a false guest safety complaint. It has been over a week and we have had numerous calls with we can get no answers except that it has been "escalated" and we are to wait for them to contact us. Is there a secret sauce to getting these safety complaints resolved timely?

Unfortunately, since you mention it is safety related it will have to run it's course which takes time. What exactly was the nature of the safety complaint?
