We leave some snacks from the local bakery in our town - sometimes cookies, a small box of chocolates, or small bottles of breakfast jam. Depends on the length of stay.

You'd be surprised at how many places I've stayed in where there was no vacuum. Have a vacuum accessible so guests can clean up if they make unexpected larger messes

1)Makeup remover wipes so they dont destroy my white towels.
2)Portable mini heater in the closet in case they feel too cold.
3)Bottled water on the nightstands.

We do much as possible to prevent damage.. therefore some "amenities" include bottle openers placed throughout the living room / kitchen (to avoid them damaging our countertops) as well as drink coasters and cork pot stands.
