After many years of leaving nothing I started leaving a couple bottles of water on each nightstand. A few months ago I started leaving a couple bags of chips (the “nice” name brand) and maybe some bags of goldfish crackers to go along with it. Only about 1 out of every 6 stays will touch the snack (everybody will use the water).. so not sure it makes any difference on the snacks.
