A guest ruined the mechanism on our sofa bed by forcing it closed. It folds into the couch fine, but now no longer lays flat to sleep. The place was tidy when they left and the damage was not apparent so I left them a good review, not knowing about the damage. I didn’t learn about it until 1 week later when my cleaner went to set up the sofa bed for the next group of guests and now it can't even be used. Can I still file a claim? I am pretty sure it was the previous guests as the cleaner also set it up for them and had no issues.

You are able to start an aircover claim within the alloated timeframe irregardless of the review you have left.

I too have submitted an aircover request recently after leaving a review. This was a few months ago so unless it changed recently it should be OK.
