Now that Airbnb has changed the cleaning fee, I wonder how that will change the mindset of guests. I know that there are some listings with cleaning fees in the hundreds of dollars - when guests see that number upfront i'm sure some of them go into the stay with the mindset of "I'm already paying $200 for cleaning - why would I clean anything?" Any hosts see changes in guest behavior since the changes in the fees went through .. for better or for worse?

No difference for me in the past few weeks, although most of my guests have always been very clean and gone above and beyond after check-out. On top of that, most of the guests secured their bookings before the changes went into effect.

Our guests have always left our suite very clean and we've had low cleaning fees, if anything I feel like this hurts us a bit because now we can't use the low cleaning fee to our advantage.
