I got an email form Pricelabs a couple weeks ago saying that Airbnb doesn’t consider Pricelabs a PMS as long as you are not connected through a third party system. This is important because of the new service fee change that happened this week. Airbnb is charging me the 15% fee because I still have Pricelabs connected. Anyone other Pricelab users having a similar issue or know how to fix this?

I am not getting charged the 15.5% fee even with Pricelabs. Do you have some other PMS setting or software you used to used that is connected that may be confusing Airbnb?

Currently it's only a change for PMS users but I expect it to change in the future.
