How many of you all leave guests an extra spare set of clean/new bedsheets? After 20+ bookings (2+nights average) we have our first guests complain about our sheets being "used".

I always keep a brand new set of sheets in the laundry cabinet for guests to use if they have an issue. That way I would never have to personally go there and deal with any issues with sheets, whether real or not. I can just point them there.

I leave a few clean flat sheets folded in clear containers in the closet. In case of accidents or complaints they can use it. Also a few extra blankets in a separate container. It's only been used once in two years.

I do one extra sheet, towel and blanket per room in my 2 room property. Only had one thief so far....
