I am having a current guest who brought a large dog to my property. I do not ban pets but I charge a $100 pet fee which is clearly in the listing. In my check in message I also remind guests to review and abide by the listing. When I messaged the guest regarding the $100 pet fee they say ok however after requesting the fee the guest no longer replies. Does anyone have any advice on how to get airbnb support to help contact the guest about the fee as I feel she is taking advantage of us.
