How do you all handle late checkout requests and how much do you charge for it? Basically I have a four bedroom and given the size and the cleaning company I use if the checkout is delayed by more than one hour it will be impossible for me to get it cleaned in time for another potentially same-day check-in. So I am thinking that if I can change the cleaning teams schedule, I will offer a free late check out if requested until 12 PM. But any late check out after that should require a fee of some sort as I will not be able to rent out the place. And what should that fee be for a 4 bedroom that accommodates 10?
