Guests who can't properly figure out listings

Once again, Airbnb shows how they don’t even follow their own policies. Shame on them!!!

A guest who booked a week prior to their reservation canceled on the day of reservation. They canceled because they didn’t realize they booked a shared accommodation.
3 days later, they proceeded to leave a 1 star review blaming ME of course (because why take responsibility for making your own mistake, right? God forbid.) I make it very clear on my listing that this is a shared home. And no surprise there, Airbnb has refused to take the review down - yes they did show up and left after an hour.
