From what you described it sounds like she just arrived and got piss drunk by herself for the night? Sounds like a troubled individual possibly looking for a place to drink away some tough times... nonetheless I would leave an accurate review of the situation but beware of leaving specific allegations. Just leave it high level like "would not recommend to other airbnb hosts" or something of that nature so it's less likely for them to contest it and get it removed.
