I know every other airbnb host has your typical "one star" response but personally I feel like a 2 star or 3 star will be much more effective in this scenario and will make other hosts stop and read what you have to stay. The 1 star's usually just seem so extreme and while this sounds like a guest I would not want to have, at least she ended up leaving your place on the day of check-out and didn't cause any damage..
