Slump in Austin.. just me?

I have been hosting a portion of my primary residence and never had so few bookings in the past 4 years! Anyone else in a similar boat or have a sense of whether it is primarily a supply or demand issue? It's at the point we have no one booked this weekend whereas weekends used to always be booked.

I am a Superhost and my pricing app says in previous years I've had many more advance bookings for upcoming months. We've lowered prices but no impact. [Image: huh.png]
