I'd definitely be interested to see what the business model of existing property owners will be if they can only rent for 3 months in the summer. Perhaps they will offer furnished rentals for 30+days (furnished finders)? or target the student population? I would expect that alot of owners who are affected by this rule to put their place up for sale if they can no longer make any income. Perhaps that is the intended effect..
