Here's what we've done.
1. Been extremely transparent with neighbors about our intention.
2. Proactively mitigate parties and nuisances by limiting the number of guests to 6 even if it could sleep 8 and installing external cameras on all doors, disabling instant book to add additional screening, especially for local guests and promoting our listing in a way that makes it very clear that this is a quiet, family neighborhood. We also say there is limited parking when in reality there is a lot so that they don’t show up with a lot of cars to bother the neighbors.
