I had guests who wouldn't leave- they literally started eating their pizzas at the table after the cleaning crew was waiting at the front door after checkout time. Even though my rules clearly state the late checkout fee, Airbnb refused to charge anything. You as a host have zero recourse if someone refuses to pay those extra fees which is not collected during the time of the reservation.
