We have a 5 star rated listing, over 100 reviews and a very reasonable cleaning fee. A guest just complained about a hair she found in the bathroom and now Airbnb support said that the guest is entitled to a full refund of the cleaning fee and 30% of the first night = $100. Not sure if this is a "scam" or not but even if it were a single hair, this Airbnb policy sounds pretty ridiculous. Even thought I do take pictures of the place after cleaning, it's not like the camera will catch a small sliver of hair caught in a pillow or in the corner of the bathroom.
